For adults who have always wanted to study ballet or wish they had never stopped as a child. Develop ballet posture, flexibility, and strength in four & five week sessions to accommodate busy adult schedules. Choose from beginning or intermediate ballet technique. Some sessions also include ballet repertoire and contemporary ballet classes designed for the adult student.

What is fifth position? This is your class! Introduction to ballet that focuses on the basics, stretching, and muscle conditioning. And don't worry….If you already have some ballet experience, you will still get a great workout!
Develop ballet posture, flexibility, and strength. This class leans toward a high-level beginner & low intermediate syllabus.
